Pleasant experience there. Wonderful hotel, immaculate rooms, the staff was very pleasant. Great clean facilities and an exceptionally good breakfast with fresh pressed juice, complimentary smoothies plus oatmeal. Great services too. Nice pool.

The staff was very helpful. We arrived early to begin a bike ride and they allowed us to check in and get settled before we set out!

Everyone personable and friendly and caring. Especially loved my 5 am coffee chats with "Willie". Very good rooms which were spotless every day, a bathroom to die for, the breakfast was like eating in a restaurant, far from a normal contenetial, omelettes plus, Just fantastic place

Clean room, convenient location, with easy access to the highway and a great variety of breakfast options that were fresh and plentiful.

We went to visit the Community Bridge, however the staff seemed never to have heard of this attraction or where it was located.

The staff were attentive and supportive. The breakfast was delicious and there was always someone to lend assistance in the morning. The indoor pool was a great distraction between outdoor activities for the kids. We wound up making use of the laundry room during our stay and they even had a small accessory shop for necessities such as detergent. This was hands down one of the best hotels I have stayed in and I've stayed with Hampton Inn before.

We had to get a room with two queen size beds, because the king room we ordered did not have a tub in the bath and we were traveling with small children. Problem was the beds were so uncomfortable. I couldn't understand why all the king rooms came with only showers.

I was thrilled to find the hotel conveniently close to Baker Park, perfect for leisurely strolls, and only a short walk away from the National Museum of Civil War Medicine, making my weekend explorations enjoyable and hassle-free.

The early morning newspaper, hot coffee and good breakfast followed by a time of relaxing in your clean hot tub added to our overnight stay.

I thought the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the whirlpool. The breakfast was so convenient. Staff were very nice when we checked in and gave us the AAA rate.

My husband and I did not think that the eggs were good.

Breakfast staff very attentive, we had a child with us, very helpful.

The pillows were too soft but no body It would have been better to have no Pillows

Bed linens were great. Furnishings, halls, elevators fine. Staff were very helpful and very friendly.

There was a disaster with the heating system. Room was 78 and staff could not get it down. We were given another room, but it was unpleasant to repack our things and go to another room at the end of a day.
